The following terms and conditions (hereinafter, “Terms and Conditions“) apply in relation to the use of the website (www.origini.risovignola.it) by users (“Users“).
Pursuant to and for the purposes of the Legislative Decree no. 70 of 9.4.2003, Users are hereby informed of the following information: the provider of the Services regulated by the Terms and Conditions is Riseria Vignola Giovanni S.p.A. (hereinafter, “Riseria Vignola“), with registered office in Balzola (AL), Corso Dante, 24, VAT no. 00890640063, pec address: risovignola@pec.it.
1. Terms and conditions for the use of the services
The personal data provided by the User on the website for the purposes of the provision of the services will be processed in compliance with and according to the methods established by EU Regulation 679/2016 and in accordance with the Privacy notice.
The User undertakes to use the services of the Website exclusively for lawful purposes.
Riseria Vignola reserves the right to verify, at any time and without notice, at its sole discretion, the User’s compliance with the General Conditions of Use, reserving the right to permanently discontinue the provision of its services to the individual User in the event that the latter:
(a) has not provided updated, valid and correct personal data;
(b) uses or has used the services for illegal purposes or in a way that is considered by Riseria Vignola as incompatible with the nature of the service provided;
(c) violates or has violated the Terms and Conditions or that may be applicable to the services of the website.
The User’s right to use the services is personal and non-transferable: the User agrees not to resell or make other commercial use of the services provided by Riseria Vignola.
2. Suspension of services
Riseria Vignola reserves the right, in the future, to suspend or interrupt, even permanently, for justified reasons, the provision of its services, giving prior notice to Users through e-mail communications and/or news published on the website.
Riseria Vignola reserves the right to suspend or interrupt its services for maintenance or updating of its own or third party suppliers’ computer systems, keeping Users informed through e-mail communications and/or news published on the Site.
Riseria Vignola also reserves the right to suspend or interrupt the provision of its services in the event of force majeure, undertaking to make them available again in the shortest possible time, being in any case excluded, to the maximum extent permitted by current regulations, any liability for such suspension or interruption. It is understood that “events of force majeure” means: (i) events of an unforeseeable and exceptional nature; (ii) events beyond the sphere of control and responsibility of Riseria Vignola and/or its suppliers; (iii) events in relation to which it is not possible to implement measures to avoid or limit their effects and (iv) events that prevent the performance of services.
To the fullest extent permitted by current legislation, Riseria Vignola declines any responsibility for damages, claims or losses, direct or indirect, arising to the User due to the failure and/or defective functioning of the electronic equipment of the User himself or of third parties, of telephone and/or telematic connections not directly managed by Riseria Vignola or its suppliers.
3. Links to other websites
The website may include hyperlinks to other websites operated by third parties, including advertisements and other content providers. These websites may collect data or request personal information from the User. Riseria Vignola neither exercises nor is obliged to exercise any form of control over such links and websites and therefore declines any responsibility for damages, claims or losses, direct or indirect, deriving in any form whatsoever to the User from viewing, using and/or operating third party websites or services reached through such links.
In particular, on the website, there is a shopping cart icon associated with the wording “buy on Amazon”: by clicking on this widget, the User is transferred to the Amazon platform, of which Riseria Vignola has no responsibility and/or form of control and supervision and which is autonomously regulated by the owner of the aforementioned platform in its own terms and conditions.
4. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
Riseria Vignola reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions as well as the terms and characteristics of its services at any time for justified reasons, by means of general notices to Users published on the website indicating the effective date of the changes themselves, which must be at least 10 days after the date of the notice.
The Users undertake to print on paper or on a suitable durable medium and to keep the Terms and Condition and all subsequent amendments thereto.
5. Applicable law
The Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law.
6. Copyrights and trademarks
Except for the contents subject to spidering, all the contents of the website, such as, by way of example but not limited to, the texts, trademarks, logos, icons, images, illustrations, audio-video recordings, databases, source codes or software, patents are protected by copyright law (law no. 633/41) and by the Industrial Property Code (Legislative Decree no. 30 of 10 February 2005), and are the property of Riseria Vignola, or of third parties, under express licence and/or authorisation.
Without the written consent of Riseria Vignola, therefore, except in the case of personal use, the User may not copy, modify, change, publish, publicly promote, distribute, sell or transfer any material, and/or article, and/or image and/or video and/or database and/or program strings present on the website, either in part or in full.
By accessing the website, the User agrees to abide by the following conditions:

- agrees not to exploit the name of the website and/or Riseria Vignola;
- agrees not to reproduce articles, text, material or links from the website;
